the day in pictures

  1. Beautiful photography first of all.

Second of all when I was flying back from Dublin this afternoon the south coast was looking like paradise and once landed in London the sun was shining and looking nothing like it does at almost 1400 in your photos. What a difference a few hours makes with the weather in the UK!

Third of all, what do you think of your new tote and of the Ally Tate collection for Tate overall?

  2. thanks blakey :)

yes the weather was odd today but as long as it's not raining i am ok hehe

the new tote was better than expected, the pics online were rather horrible. the products are pretty well made actually. i didn't see the messenger, but i really like the tote.

    :)

  3. They had the black messenger at Tate Britain this afternoon - by the look of their website they are getting the khaki messenger back in stock too.

I've been looking for a knockabout canvas messenger for the summer for a while now. I've just ordered a khaki messenger from Brady so a bit torn now...

  5. Not to be a nitpicker guys, but it's in fact a "satchel" and not a "messenger"! ;)

Who I am kidding though, that's some serious nitpicking!

  9. Brady are a bit like Filson - they're a British brand who do canvas bags for 'country pursuits': http://www.bradybags.co.uk

You used to be able to get them in Liberty. Quite mixed quality design-wise though

  11. O.M.G. Awesome. What do you work as again?

  12. The handles are brown leather, the same as used on the straps on the satchel bag.

  13. red would've been nicer. but its still a really good tote.

  15. Hi Joe,

For the Tate Black Tote, can it be sling on the shoulders as I'm considering getting it online since I'm staying in Singapore.

Appreciate if you could provide an answer...

    Many thanks
