mr hudson in gucci spring summer 2010

.: mr hudson at Q awards / getty images :.

mr hudson has done it again. we rarely see guys being dressed in next season's collections. last month we saw mr hudson wore a nylon jacket from j.lindeberg spring summer 2010, on monday he attended the Q awards in gucci spring summer 2010 jacquard jacket, complete with the croc trimmed shoes! yes, next season's stuff that will only be in stores come jan/feb.

but mr hudson did the non-sartorial thing: he buttoned his lower button instead of the top, which is a no-no. always the top button, like pic below, and never button both together too.

a closer look at his grey slip-ons with what appeared to be lizard and croc trim. i am not overly crazy on his shoes, but i do like his jacket. complete next season outfit, blondes do have more fun.

  2. wearing a head to toe look is very unimaginative and very boring. No individuality. the clothing is wearing him

  3. Personally, I think it's just all to shiny, and by extension tacky.. and not like a good ironic tacky!

  4. i don't get that whole button thing?!!? buttoning the top only seems so messy and looks like if you dressed in a rush. buttoning the bottom is more practical because it creates a deeper V line

  5. how could you not like his shoes?

  6. did he just fold his pants or something (last photo)? i prefer no breaks in these pants.

  7. Simple rule with blazers that one. if a three button, starting from the top 'Sometimes' - 'Always' - 'Never'

  8. i'm also about to say that the shoes reminds me of PRADA

  9. This thing with the jacket buttons is so over. There are no rules... it's all about preferences. Your sounding like someones Dad..."Now Jr we never button the last button you hear me!" " But Dad why is it there if you never button it?" Come on style is personal.. if you like great, if you don't great. "Sometimes" - "Always"- "Never".. Get outta here with that mess.
