prada fall winter 2010

the wonderful guys at buckstyle went back to the prada showroom for a collection re-see, and shared some pics with us. i met celia and steve from buckstyle when i was in milan last week. they were such a right riot, i loved being in their company. hope to meet them soon again.

several commented that they were disappointed with prada's fall winter 2010 collection. i was kinda shocked at the show too, but like most of their previous works, this collection is slowly growing on me. still not very sure on those colorful camo bags, but i thought the clothes were very well executed and styled.

  1. I don't know about other clothes but that short cardigan is still horrible (and absolutely made for women)

  2. Finally, something interesting from Prada. The past 3 seasons for Prada menswear was trully awful. The colors were dull and depressing and the silhouettes looked awkward. Maybe Miuccia is having sex again with a toy boy and her joy is reflected in this colorful collection.

PS: the camouflage trend is so contagious. It was started by Marc Jacobs at LV a few years back, then Trussardi.
