Swizz Beatz in Zara

swizz beatz / ph: michael n todaro, getty images

when i first saw the picture of swizz beatz, i thought the coat "was very zara". i then went onto zara's website and true enough i found the match. i have nothing against high street clothing, but this is an instance where we should "buy less and buy better". i don't think the coat is doing anything for him, and i really dislike that buckle dangling from behind the collars. am a little surprised by his coat choice really. swizz beatz was pictured above at thursday's premiere screening of "T.I. & Tiny: the family hustle".

swizz beatz matched the military style coat to his flat cap, and bleached effect maison martin margiela sneakers.

  3. I agree with the first comment. For me it's the person wearing it and the styling.

  4. What need did he have of wearing something from Zara when he can afford buying designer clothes? In addition, that coat isn't even from this season, is from last Fall/Winter 2010-2011, and it's obviously a copy of Burberry Prorsum's military coats from the same season.

  6. That's not actually the Zara coat. Zara have copied someone else. I have the Zara coat and it doesn't have workIng pockets. It also doesn't have the buckle on the collar. If you look closely the lapels are slightly different sizes and the peaks different angles too.

I would be interested to know who the original designer is though.
