Plan B in Emporio Armani - Brit Awards 2012

british artiste plan b attended the brit awards 2012 in london yesterday. he wore a grey degrade crepe one button suit, grey shirt and grey suede loafers from emporio armani spring summer 2012. some commented on twitter that the shirt seemed to washed him out, but i thought the silky grey shirt was pretty good. i think the suit really suited him, i would have picked another pair of shoes, but overall i think he looked really good for the occasion.

what do you think?

  1. I really hate those loose fitting pants. This trend scares the sh!t out of me. I just can't imagine myself, or you for that matter, wearing that kind of pants.

    1. i wouldn't wear those trousers but because i'm cut differently. plan b is more stocky, the looser cut suits him better i feel.

  2. Taste is really a personal thing. I didn't like the outfit, granted, his posture is bad which does him no favours, but in all i looks a bit ill fitting and too grey. Ben is a good looking guy and should've celebrated his weight loss with something a bit sharper.

    1. i remembered he was on stage at the brit awards and said he put on weight! i think the looser cut suits him, agree that his posture needs working on.

  3. Really doesn't work for me. The colour washes him out against his skin tone too much. I think the cut of the trousers works well for his shape though but agree with your point on the shoes. If he'd tweaked the look a bit with a darker shirt he could have looked sharper.

  4. He's an artist that really likes to reinvent himself. His first album was rap and his attire reflected that at the time. However, the east-end gangster look he adopted for his character Strickland Banks, for his soul album, saw him dressed in perfectly tailored dark suits and the finest accessories. I think he's just looking for something new.
