Ren Zhong attended a recent event hosted by a publication in China. The Chinese artiste who graduated from a performing academy in Shanghai, wore an intricate embroidered jacket from Dolce & Gabbana Fall Winter 2012. I've longed to see someone wear pieces from this collection. The womenswear collection proved so popular and most of the pieces graced the red carpet, but we don't really see the same situation for the menswear collection. The gold brocade pieces are admittedly difficult to pull off for most on the red carpet. I love love love the the glory of the jacket, but the styling on Ren Zhong was really flat. While I may not expect him to wear it with the golden pyjamas, black pin striped trousers doesn't really cut it.

This is a powerful and stunning jacket and needs a more stylish pairing. Will we see someone else attempt it? Oh Daisuke Ueda you could do no wrong. That is worthy of an I-D cover.
