Miguel attended the 2014 HYUNDAI / GRAMMYs Clive Davis Pre-GRAMMY Gala Activation + Equus Fleet Arrivals at The Beverly Hilton Hotel on January 25, 2014 in Beverly Hills, California. Miguel wore a black studded leather jacket from Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane, over a white t-shirt and vintage Levi's ripped / distressed denims. He accessorised with a pair of glitter jodhpur boots from Saint Laurent, layered necklaces and chunky rings. Artfully messy and curly locks, and gorgeous skin completed his look for the event.

People, I need that studded leather jacket in my life, like now please. When the jacket was presented on the runway, I thought it was a blazer. Great that Miguel wore it, so we now know it is actually a short bomber style jacket. The jacket fitted Miguel really well, and I love the pairing with the white t-shirt and denims. Love the slightly longer t-shirt, which gave a great proportional look. The glitter boots were a nice surprise, I've always wanted one of those (or the Jimmy Choo ones). The t-shirt and ripped denims seemed a little casual for the event, but the gorgeous studded leather jacket and glitter boots helped to glam it up.

I thought Miguel's look was really spot on and current. The styling on the runway was a little 80s, to provoke. The thing about Saint Laurent, is that you take the individual pieces out of the controversial styling, and they are actually really nice and wearable. Which is why I feel they get a lot of heated reviews but yet sales go through the roof.

Great look for Miguel, now excuse me I am off to find some Saint Laurent Paris in my life.
