On 18th September 2014, a group of us were shipped to Oxfordshire to celebrate the official opening of The British Designers' Collective Menswear pop-up boutique at Bicester Village. You might have heard about this quaint little village housing the holy mecca of outlet shopping about an hour away from London by train (think a smaller scale Woodbury Common in New York, but no less exciting). Curated by British GQ, and in celebration of London Collections: Men, the pop-up boutique features the work of various celebrated British designers. Many of the designers showcased were in attendance at the event, alongside several men around town:

Sam Claflin / ph: Dave M Benett
British artiste Sam Claflin, whom I featured numerous times on here was in attendance, but I didn't see him! Then again, I was mostly ogling at the shoes in the pop-up shop. Multi-tasking is not exactly my strong suit. Sam Claflin looked good, although oddly giving me the Olly Murs vibe. Love the felt hat and contrast edging shoes (Nicholas Kirkwood??), but he must be boiling underneath that navy peacoat.

Charlie Casely-Hayford / ph: Dave M Benett
The very dapper (and tall) Charlie Casely-Hayford was also in attendance, who together with his father Joe Casely-Hayford, formed Casely-Hayford.

Darren Kennedy, British television presenter, stylist and fashion journalist. #NeedThoseLeopardPrintDesertBootsNOW

Katie Eary / ph: Dave M Benett
British designer Katie Eary, who designed the amazing cobalt blue suede monk strap shoes from the Mr Porter x Grenson collaboration, also has a small collection included within the Designers' Collective. #WantTheBlueMonkstraps #WantHerFendiBagCharm

Robert Konjic / ph: Dave M Benett
The über gorgeous Robert Konjic. I kept staring and drooling at him which is mega embarrassing, thank god he had no idea who I am. He went shopping at Dior Homme after the event too, such good taste he has. #StalkStalkStalk

Marc Hare / ph: Dave M Benett
Marc Hare from Mr. Hare, whom I cornered when we congregated at Marylebone Station. Wearing white Cunningham leather sneakers from his new collection. #Represent
Mr. Hare with his shoes from the showcase.
Oh hello Mr. Hare suede monkstrap shoes!
A fabulous array of Nicholas Kirkwood shoes from the British Designers' Collective Bicester Village pop-up shop. All 50% off, FIFTY! You might recognise the black and white chevron zig-zag flats, which Jared Leto wore to the British premiere of Dallas Buyers Club. #wantWantWANT
Enough to tempt you to Bicester Village yet? The British Designers' Collective Menswear pop-up shop is now open and will run until mid-October 2014.
