Chris Pratt attended the 2014 GQ Men Of The Year party at Chateau Marmont on 4th December 2014 in Los Angeles, California. Chris Pratt, who was crowned by GQ America as their Man Of The Year, wore a beautiful Montblanc Nicolas Rieussec Rising Hours timepiece for the event.

Stunning timepiece on Chris Pratt, though he might have kind of overdone it at the red carpet. Mind you, if I wore such an exquisite timepiece I would have worked it at every angle too. Accessories are the simplest way for men to shine on the red carpet. Love the classic grey suit that Chris Pratt wore, and the aesthetically beautiful Montblanc watch with brown alligator strap which completed his look perfectly. The gold tone watch case also nicely complements his wedding band, this is styling perfection for me. Great look from Chris Pratt at the event, if I could change anything about his look: tighten the tie knot to make it just that bit more sleek, and remove the phone from the trousers for unnecessary bulges.

To commemorate the creative watchmaker Nicolas Rieussec, an ingenious watchmaker and the inventor of the first patented chronograph in 1821, Montblanc in 2008 launched the Nicolas Rieussec chronographs timepieces. With the Montblanc Nicolas Rieussec Rising Hours Chronograph, rotating discs are used to replace the hands on the chronographʼs counters: two discs, one atop the other, to show not only the twelve hours, but to also indicate whether each of the dozen is a daytime or night-time hour. There are a lot more complications and technicalities to this timepiece which you can explore more in stores. This timekeeping microcosm is ensconced inside a classically round 43mm diameter case with finely terraced horns. A brown alligator-leather strap with large reptilian scales is affixed between the horns. The fluted crown bears a mother-of-pearl inlay shaped like Montblancʼs emblem.

Stunning watch, I like this a lot.
